Xingjiang Imperial raisins

The Imperial raisins are generally made from grapes dried in Xinjiang region.The unique climatic conditions including abundant sunshine, large temperature differences between day and night, and dry air, which make the local grapes high in sugar and low in moisture, and providing a good foundation for making high-quality raisins.

Strictly selected the one which have a average length of more than 2 cm,  and a width of about 1 cm.

The Imperial raisins  contain a variety of antioxidant substances, such as anthocyanins, flavonoids etc.

These antioxidants can neutralize free radicals, reduce the damage of oxidative stress on body cells, and have the role of anti-aging and prevention of chronic diseases.
