Red Dates

Xinjiang red dates are mainly produced in Ruoqiang, Hotan, Kashgar, Aksu and other places in Xinjiang.Ruoqiang grey jujubes have a oblong-obovoid shape with orange-red peels. The flesh is compact with a sweet and glutinous taste, small pits and thick flesh. They have a relatively high sweetness and accumulate a lot of sugar, and are very delicious whether eaten fresh or made into dried dates.Strictly selected  the one which have an average length of 20-25mm /500g. The fruit shape is full.The color is ruddy and very attractive.

Red dates is rich in various iron, calcium, vitamins and minerals which have the effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, tonifying qi and nourishing blood. They are especially suitable for women and the elderly.
